A single system that brings together budgets, vendors, approvals, and payments in real time, creating a true source of truth for how production actually runs. When you remove the chaos, producers get their time and headspace back to focus on the craft, the decisions, and the moments that make something great. We are turning the chaotic workflows of modern production into a single source of truth. We need an engineer who views technology as a tool to solve business problems, not just a list of frameworks to master. You will own features end-to-end across our entire stack. We don't do perfectly groomed Jira tickets here. You will be given rough goals and the autonomy to figure it out. We are looking for an "owner" who asks why before how, with the resourcefulness to bend reality to get things shipped.
